Description:

This device is suitable for drop impact test for equipment enclosure, verify the merchanical strength of equipment enclosure and kinds of materials, say plastic, ceramic, glass, acrylic fiber and other materials.

Comply to standard IEC 60950-1, IEC 60598-1, IEC 60065 etc.

Feature:

This device use a steel ball of certain weight, adjust to a certain height, make the ball free fall down to impact the sample. Judge the quality according to damage degree.

The dropping way:

The device is controlled by the direct current electromagnetism. Place the steel ball under the magnetic chuck and then the ball will be sucked. When push the button of the “drop”, the ball will be released immediately. Thus the ball will hit the sample. The height of dropping can be adjusted and can be measured by the altitude scale attached.
